SALON POLICIES
For New clients
If you have never received a consultation from a TresLife stylist, you are required to book a consultation with us. Post consultation appointment you can book an available appointment on our site. Failing to complete a consultation prior to making an appointment will result in a cancellation.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals are subject to having to reschedule or change your original service to fit into the remaining time. If you arrive late you are still responsible for the entire cost of the service.
Deposit & Payments
We are a card only salon. There is 25% deposit due at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24
hours in advance or the FULL amount of your service is due before booking another service with us. No shows will be blocked from future services.
