Shipping policy

We offer free shipping as a courtesy for orders $99+.  Shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.  Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address including the apartment number on your order.  If the package has to be returned to the sender, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any additional shipping.  USPS will not reship items that have an incorrect address. 

Once a package is shipped, it is now the responsibility of the shipping company to advise status of the package. In the event you do not receive your package, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company. Please contact the shipping company with your tracking information. Unfortunately TresLife is unable to handle this process for our customer.
